Hospitality
The hospitality sector in India is booming and there is a gap in terms of demand and supply, both in terms of types of accommodation and number of rooms.

In Mumbai and other Metros there is a complete range of hotel types, from 5 star down.

Serviced apartments are non-existent.

Again, the hospitality business is real estate driven and capital intensive.
